DrawSecret is built to avoid inbox collection. We store the group details you submit so we can run draws and show private reveals.

What we store

• Exchange name, mode, optional budget, date, and note
• Participant display names and random access tokens
• Exclusion pairs and assignment or turn results
• Basic server logs needed to keep the service reliable

What we do not require

We do not require organizer or participant email addresses to create or join a draw. If you contact support, we only use the email you choose to send.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand aggregate traffic (pages viewed, approximate location, device type). Google may set cookies or use device identifiers for that measurement. We do not use Analytics to identify individual gift recipients or to read the contents of your secret draw. You can block Analytics cookies in your browser if you prefer.

Affiliate links

DrawSecret is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program. Reveal pages may show gift idea links to Amazon, and we earn from qualifying purchases made through them. Those links are clearly disclosed where they appear. If you click one, Amazon may set cookies on its own site to attribute the purchase. We never send your draw details, names, or addresses to Amazon or any other partner.

Sharing and retention

Anyone with a personal reveal link can open that person's result. Anyone with the admin link can manage the exchange. Keep those links private. Exchanges may be deleted after an inactivity window as the product matures.
